Can I change plans at any time?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You won't lose access to existing content, but you'll need to upgrade before creating new items.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to sign up.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. For monthly plans, access continues until the end of the billing month. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment on any plan. Contact us at sales@digma.io.

How is video storage counted?

Video storage is counted by total transcoded file size. We use Bunny.net CDN for delivery, so playback is fast globally regardless of plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing.

What is an AI credit?

AI credits power features like auto-transcription, smart tagging, and content suggestions. Each generation task uses between 1 and 5 credits depending on complexity.
